One little tip if you use outlook is to set up a “rule” which causes a sending delay – I have mine set for two minutes. This then means the email sits in your outbox for 2 minutes before sending. It’s a little bit of a hassle when you have to sit there waiting for that email to go if it’s urgent, BUT the amount of times it’s saved me is a lot – i find I notice most of my mistakes (arrrrr forgot the attachment) within 30 seconds of sending!
