Everyone but Fox

The Treasury Department on Thursday tried to make “pay czar” Kenneth Feinberg available for interviews to every member of the network pool except Fox News. The pool is the five-network rotation that for decades has shared the costs and duties of daily coverage of the presidency and other Washington institutions.

Ok normally I don’t really comment on political topics, there are a great many more out there more capable and more willing than I do so and I don’t care to muddy the waters any more than they already are. That being said I have been reading the coverage of this White House v. Fox News thing and I have to say it is a bit embarrassing.

“If you don’t like what someone is saying, ignore them.”, hattip to my kindergarten teacher. Someone doesn’t like the coverage they got in some news report and now they are trying to play hardball. What it is reduced to is both sides using name calling and “they said” to make their point. Neither side is coming out on top in my opinion. So suggestion, grow up, shake hands and move on.
